Here's a thought:
1. Create a forum called "trusted advice directory"
2. Allow anyone that wants to post their introduction and what they're good at.
3. Do not allow replies to the posts, just allow "THANKS"
4. Let the number of "thanks" determine to the viewing audience whether they're a trustworthy source of information.
