Hows it going? Im new to the mini bike scene, i recently ordered a gokartusa.com mini bike kit with a honda 6.5 gx200 clone. I have a 12 tooth clutch, with a 72 tooth sproket, all the bike does is wheelie. I can try and ride it half throttle, but if i gas it a little i see the sky lol. As of right now i think it is the sproket, i have the 5" wheels and the sproket seems really close to the ground.
If there is any tips/suggestions you guys could give me
thanks
p.s. i took the internal govener off

You could get a smaller, eg.60t rear sprocket. This will give you a higher top speed with less torque, and less wheelies. You may also have the engine mounted really far back.

Well i was messing around with it today, i figured out if i put the choke half way i can ride it. Im not surr how to tune the carb, there is a plastic piece above the float but im not sure if thats the adjustment. Thanks in advance

Is the engine running fine on zero choke? If so by half choking it you are letting less air into the engine, and causing less fuel to burn- not good, cos this makes everything carbon up. You will then be stealing hp from your engine, so what you need to do is gear it for a higher speed, eg. Get a 60t or smaller rear sprocket.
