I'm looking for a 1/2" drive spocket with 10 teeth on it. A 1/2 idler with the same teeth on it could be made to work also. I'd like the chain pitch to be 40/41. If anyone could help me find something this weird would be very helpful!

At tractor supply they sell sprockets and weldable hubs, you just chose the hub you want and the sprocket you want, and get someone to weld them for you. They also have chain idlers as well.

Oh wow thanks! I don't know how I overlooked this! When welding these could a person just use a mig?

You sure can, Thats all I ever use lol. Stick welders are for chumps:roflol:

Juuuuustt kidding guys.

Just make sure you have the welder set pretty hot. The hub and sprocket are pretty thick so its not like you can burn through them.
