We have a foundry at work: we also use two different systems for making the mold's. The first is an improvement/ variation on the tradional green sand process, where we can recycle the sand. The second uses a much newer process where the sand is mixed with a chemical binder that makes for a much stronger mold. The only problem with the new process is that the sand can only be used once.
That's where the poor guy in question got burned. New to his now former employer, handed a truck that was technically illegal for the load he was expected to haul, they sent him to a receiving /discharge dock he'd never been to before.
If he had been given the correct size truck/ and/or actually had instructions on our dock, he might have had a chance. The final straw was the fact that he was pretty much he!! bent for election when he screwed the canine.
I apologize in advance; my tablet is extremely cheap. The camera is one of the places they cut costs. The rest of it works fairly well though....
