SLA cyclical charging question

Every lead acid charger I randomly buy only takes SLAs up to 13v or thereabouts (the optimum float charge). Most batteries say on the side that for cyclic use they can go up to 15v, (for example https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/314086958364). Is there a type of charger (or a particular stat I'm looking for) that ensures they charge up to 15v?

For most 12V Lead Acid based battery chemistries, the charger has to apply a higher voltage (usually ~14V - 15V)
...than, the battery's nominal voltage (of ~12V)
...to fully charge the battery (to ~13.5V)

So, the battery has to be able to accept/handle
...the max voltage
...that can get applied by the charger (which is ~15V) ;)
