scrub brake help

I am new to this site. I have a old vintage mini bike frame and want to put on a scrub brake. Are thier any kits out there our any plans for this brake? I need some help. I am very mechanical. Thanks for any help Tom tomtrickle@sbcglobal.net

All i could think of is pics it dependon on things but maybe a hub on one of the rear wheels.
