I heard they got lots of internet out California-way.

My two children, they tried to load a webpage. Took em over three days. They sat there waiting. By the time the loading bar was only half full, they was dead - starved on the internet with bellies stuck out like a pig bladder.

Lol that reminded me of a rather famous german webdesign company back in the days "derBauer"
it was a 56k modem days and they had a "new webpage" ..
with a flash interface (when flash was still macromedia not yet bought by adobe)
1.45MB of content.. I had to literally wait hours to see "state of the art" webcontent.

Today it's faster to stream a complete full HD Tv series episode over netflix;

And now the best part.. it's still out there
