Roof repair, I need your help

Seems like our move to New River is coming near and I'll need to make repairs to our current home to get it sold. Starting with this eye sore in the back yard. A previous owner decided to "open up" the patio by removing MDF panels from the roof and installing slats. Well it wasn't done properly and you can see the damage from years of rain water. How do I go about replacing the fascia boards? Can I salvage the drip rail or will I need new? I need to extend the support beam so the corner isnt free hanging. How do I replace the rafters that are water damaged?

If it was a quick and dirty sell... Could probably leave it....
If you want it looking some what respectable, might need to replace it, if not all or most cause of exposure...
Posts and the beam look alright, how ever the fascia boards are crap, so they need replacing

The biggest issue I see here is the 4x10 (12?) beam (light colored) does not extend all the way out to support the last rafter as you mentioned. Tacking on that 2x8 is, well, tacky. I don't know if it would be code, but 2 - 2x10's (or 2x12's) bolted through the existing beam, double the length of the missing piece would probably get it done. As illustrated, just double the add-on beam.

Tin. Tin roofs are easy, and acceptable.

Hire a carpenter or an experienced friend. You got a lot of repairing/replacing to do.
I built a few thousand homes back in the day so that is the best help i can give.

that 2x6 or so "extending" the beam was a quick and dirty thing I did years ago, I always planned on properly extending the beam by welding "X"s out of flat stock to sandwich the existing beam and the extension

I've been watching a few videos on YouTube and it doesn't seem to hard to replace the facias, for the rafters that are rotten, I think I will cut them 5'-6' back, replace that piece, then sandwich between 2x6 similar to ezcome's drawing, I plan to put outdoor siding on the underside of the patio and that will hide the repairs

the property I'm trying to buy is on 5 acres in New River, auction ends tomorrow, I won the high bid last time they auctioned it but it didnt meet the reserve, hopefully tomorrow is a different story
