rear wheel assembly

How does the whole rear wheel assembly go together? Ino there has to be a brake disc hub, a wheel hub and a sprocket holder or something like that.

well the brake disc attaches to the hub which attaches to the live axle... then the brake runs over the disc and when it squeezes the disc stops which stops the axle
the tire looks like it would need a special axle
