hey i am new to kart building and am looking to build a mostly onroad kart that i could also go over grassy area with i.e. big open feild at bottom of neighborhood. I have about $600 to spend on my cart. I have a freind who knows how to weld and owns a welder so i'm good there but could use tips on anything to do with go karts.
Would it not be cool to have a go kart with the front wheel inside the frame (think tumbler from the Black Night).
