I have a Predator 212 with an air filter and header. Everything else is stock. The air filter kit came with a .038 jet, but it seems rich based on the plug and it backfiring through the exhaust. I plan to use the kart for off road driving mostly. Should I stick with the stock jet or go down to a .035-.037? Will changing the emulsion tube do anything?

Most of these little engines backfire from the factory but with the stock muffler you cant tell, at least that is my experience.
