I want to build an offroad kart. Nothing special. Prefer to use a 4 stroke engine air cooled engine. want to use parts that bolt on (no welding). Would like electric start. Want the build to be big enough for a 250 5'10 adult. *Dont want to spend a whole lot on it. I dont buy from ebay. If you have any ideas or plans let me know. thanks.

Building a frame without welding is pretty much off the table. Go on Craigslist or wherever you like and buy a used fixer upper, either more-or-less complete or maybe just a bare frame. Shop and plan carefully, and everything will be bolt-on from there.
