thx for the insights, the floorboard i didnt think of. the front wheels i was thinking about getting one of those wagons from home depot , they have a similar setup on front + bearings

Yeah but, don't, they won't be much better, they're not designed for high speeds, the bearings tend to disintergrate, as do the tyres...
