picked up a vintage cart, help on what kind it may be?

Picked up a vintage kart to start modifying for my son. Pulled off a very old briggs & stratton dated 1965. Could of just been an older cover on a newer motor or swapped later and had no affiliation with the age of the cart. Live axle. Unique style in my opinion. Any idea to the age or manufacturer? Would love to know. thanks
