no brakes!!!!

I just bought my first minibike off of my neighbor for $20 its missing the gov and a few other parts but I was able to get it running after 20 min I think it was a good deal but I am having a problem with the fact that there are no brakes and the rear tire is a complete assembly so there is no way to mount brakes to the rear wheel any ideas?

Get pics. A couple of possible configurations exist. Could be scrub or drum.

its going to be a while for i can get pics up my good computer has a virus and has to be cleaned and the one im on now wont load them as soon as its fixed ill post the pics up

ok i was able to get these two to work but the rest wont (there not very good) but hopefully there good enough for some ideas?

Closer/clearer pics of rear half of bike would help a lot.
