Ok so theres a company that makes skateboards with 50 cc motor is attached to them the only problem is there poorly made it has a mad speed wobble when will drive one will break in an underpowered 2 stroke .so what I have done or is planning to do take a 79cc predator engine from Harbor Freight stiffen up the suspension using some type of springand take the single rear brake and make dual front brakes so far this is what I've done

So ran in to a snag. it being one weel drive. The 50cc 2 stroke made it torque steer so i added the springs witch made it better. But i have clearly underestimated the power of a 79cc 4 stroke..... so my new plane is to make a jack shaft set up.

Going to flip the clutch around to off set the chain to go down to the jack shaft then have a axle shaft go out to both weels

tryed to draw it up.

Wow..

When I was younger I used to have a skateboard (that was back when they indeed had a NOSE and a TAIL ;) shortly after they widened... anywhoo)
then somewhere in the early nineties I went on a toyfair and IIRC a berlin company sold skateboards with a weedeater engine attached.
I took it for a ride outside, and I WAS SCARED!
that beast went from 1000 to what felt like 10,000 in an instant and
it knocked me off my feet a couple of times until I got that sh177y hand throttle under control..
then I finally stayed on and wanted to know it's limits but it wouldn't stop revving and I quickly reached 50km/h+..
and there I was.. very close to loose control at 50km/h with no other protection than my shorts and a shirt (well and my Airwalk vics *gg*)
And yes.. I know exactly what speed wobble you're talking about ;)
That's when I got really scared.

The point is:
I cannot imagine why anyone would want this thing to have more power!
The one above had 49cc and 2.5HP or something.. more than enough to have 20years ago me's legs turn to jelly.

But thumbsup for the steering damper
Excellent idea.. I would wanted that back then :D
