I have been doing karts for a long time. I need to fix this mini bike up for a kid who will be getting home from the hospital soon. What do you think of this sprocket? Worn out? The chain likes to pop off once in a while. Also, what kind of bike is it. Anyone know?

Well, you'll never prick your finger on any of those sprocket teeth. They're not folded over, but they sure do look worn down. Now's the time to upgrade to a larger or smaller sprocket if desired, can't go wrong with a sharp new sprocket.
All you need is good tension on the chain to keep it from skipping. Slide that wheel back until you know there's not enough slack left in the chain for it to jump teeth under load even if you tried to do it (bottom of chain goes slack and sags under load.)
How's the teeth on the clutch? Just as worn?

Flip the sprocket around.
Truly old school, txluke, remember it well. Here's the thing, that's only for sprockets that ran so loose that the chain folded the teeth over. Flipping it opposite would get some more life out of those.
His sprocket teeth don't look anything but worn down to me.
