Hi all. I was always interested in go karts and mini bikes. Had a few go karts. But this is my first miini bike.

I got a Ken Bar MB-4 Whirlwind mini bike. Most orginal parts are still there. Don't know much about the Tecumseh motors. 4hp.

Does anyone know where to get parts for this bike?

Or does any parts work. Motor wise. Let me know. Thanks.

Parts for a tecshima 4hp with similar year should work.. parts for other engines usually do not work...

seat wise..
I'd assume a motorcycle spring mono seat would fit (you can find them on ebay rather easily...)

front fender would be difficult (sheer luck to be honest)

Engine.. read the number that's stamped on the shroud
(left of the fan shroud, close to where your pullstart handle is )
likely starts with HS (HS40 I guess)
And use that to find any part that's missing

Thanks guys.

The guy before me spray painted the whole motor. So I can't find the numbers. Might have to sand it down and see. It starts only with starting fluids tho. Not sure why. But it stays on til I cut it off.

Probably a dirty carburetor...
