New member from Rochester MN

Hello! I am from Rochester MN done a couple builds very new to this stuff. I had purchased a hammerhead go kart that needed some work. Finding out it just needs a new starter. Part number is M200-1305. Everywhere I look says this is discontinued. Does anyone know if they are available some where? If not is there anything that can be done to alter a different starter to work with go kart? Thank you!

Welcome to the insanity btw. I just moved from Minnesota just last week lol. I lived a good hour or so north of Rochester. Hope the winter there is treating you well.

Parts for these old karts are becoming hard to get as many companies have folded or what have you so what remaining parts are out there are drying up quick. Best of luck!
