never make homemade footpegs!

remember those homemade foot pegs that i made? well yesterday i crashed due to hitting a log and went flying, but the homemade foot pegs cut my leg wide open, one trip the my grandmother and she **** near fainted, but it got peroxided and bandaged and fixed, so the moral here is dont cheap out when your after a pair of foot pegs

lol I hope your okay ??? I broke a rib with my bikes handle bar(which is still broke and now i have a whole in my rib cage ) and ate asphalt twice with my 49 cc pocket rocket.. Well at least you where close to home because where i use to live we would get busted up and be miles from home and most of the times it was just walk it off and keep going..

haha im alright, still a bit of bleeding if i turn the wrong way or anything but i was right infront of the house, the fact of going about 40 mph still made it hurt more, so yeah, and i had one of those, that was my first ever minibike, i used to love going down the sidewalk with it, then it got stolen so i got the manco for my birthday with a 3.5 that was done then got a clone, and blew that one some how, and then got a new clone, its geared for around 45 i think. and yeah, i still walked into the house laughing it was great but grandma was like traumatized, and haha i got stopped by a cop while i was riding home from a play ground, on the sidewalk and he stopped me and said as long as i had a helmet on and was on the sidewalk, hed make sure it never got taken away and i didnt get stopped again, now all the cops wave to me, its great

How did you mount the foot peg? I would hope your welds don't crack at top speed since the rest of your bike is also going that fast.

There is a reason nearly all manufacturers have foot pegs on a folding mount.

i dont have a welder, i just beat them on with a hammer and yeah it took 15 minutes to get each off, now i need to find a new pair, and i cant find any from manco for a thunderbird
