Hey-

I built a Toylander(http://www.toylander.com/) with a mobility scooter motor from a Pride Pursuit XL(24V, 35amp) and I'm using this controller- http://www.4qd.co.uk/prod/Prog150/

On the surface it looks like it should all work well but when I try to set up the controller I get an error message for the throttle(steel foot throttle from electricscooterparts.com)

The obvious-

I've printed and followed the wiring directions for both the throttle and controller.

I have inline fuses

I have an On/Off key switch installed

I'm an ME and I never quite "got" electricity for some reason so I'm hoping someone here has some helpful insight

THX

did you install 10k resistor:

Voltage following
The Pro-150 can be used as a voltage follower. A
10k resistor must be fitted between pins D and F so
pot fault is not triggered.

did you install a forward and reverse switch? the pedal will only control speed and braking

other than that have u set up the parameters for the throttle, and its a lot of directions in the manuals to much to be going through on pc. and I don't have a printer, id start on page 10 of the manual.
