Wow, is that ever funky! That's gotta wiegh a few pounds. Is that finished? No engine? Forgive me, no idea what a kickbike is supposed to look like. I guess around here we'd call it a scooter. Excellent job!

My guess is..
He cut the back-halfs out of two aluminum rims, then welded the two backhalfs together, then welded a ring inside, then bolted the big circle plates to the ring he welding inside it.
Looks pretty good though, I like it.

Yes, the wheels where to backhalfs welded together. A ring welded in center and to 4mm plates bolted on each side. Mostly because its easy to pick apart for a polish. There are no plans for putting an engine in it, maybe another project later.

It would be cooler with an engine. That thing has got to be hard to push with that back wheel. I'd at least put a little 2 stroke on it.

Awesome little swap meet cruiser. The boys over on the H.A.M.B. would like it, too.
Suggestion? Rear fender with motorcycle plate mount. If you built this in your shop (assuming a business, not home shop), you now would have a rolling advertisement as a testament to your fabrication skills.

I got the hub assy from a friend. Dont know exactly where he got it from. I guess I will post it in some other forums too. Thank you for the atomiczombie link. I will check it out!
I made it in my home shop. I have been playing around with the idea of making a rear fender. Maybe an iron cross with a chain welded together from the frame to the cross then down to the hubs. But I descided to keep it simple, at least for now. There wont be an engine in this one. Maybe I will build another bike later. My english may not be he best. I am from Norway.

Chain struts for the fender would be good, not too many people doing those .... I was thinking more just a simple sheet of metal over the rear wheel, but doing a little Iron Cross on one of the struts would look trick.
And don't worry about your English not being too good since you're from Norway - we got guys on here from the States, born and raised, and THEIR English is worse than yours .....
