Decided to tear this down and have some fun with it. I am considering modifying the rear section to run a live axle with motor behind seat. Or motor up front with a couple of jackshafts to get chain to the rear. I decided on this one cause it has a cooler look compared to my craftsman.
Now that i a retired/disabled i have time to play.
The first pic i googled but the rest are mine.

Another tractor build... Cool! As ironic as it is, the best way to drive a live axle from a front vertical shaft engine is a Peerless 700. You used to have one... :D

Actually i am going to use a side shaft motor.
Rear axle with pillow bearings, or i have the hydrostatic unit.
Or i can even use the diff i have from a quadrunner that has reverse, this so far has the highest possibility of use.

Well- so much for teasing you for selling me something you'd need later. Killjoy! Hahaha!

Either way, this will prove interesting indeed! What's the overall purpose of the machine to be? Off-road? Speed stuff? Just general goofing off?
