Motovox closing shop

I exchanged emails with them this weekend regarding when their new bike was going to be available and they replied that they are closing up the Motovox business and starting up another one, I think was motoped.com.

I was looking forward to getting more products from them as I'm very happy with the MBX10 I purchased recently.

Anyone else hear about this? Do you think they will still sell accessories and replacement parts or hand them off to some distributor?

I heard this about a year ago. There will still be many places that will sell the parts for them, at least until stock runs out.

On a plus side, I have a motovox mbx10 and a monstermoto, parts are all pretty much the same!

True, other than the frame, it's all just common parts. But I do like the MBX11 front forks. I need to get a set before they are gone, but don't have the moola right now.

Yep those forks are great! I put some on my monstermoto. Motovox didnt have the mounting tabs for them so I got a discount and thats when I found out they were closing shop.

Yeah, I've been thinking about making my own forks. I do have a set of used italian moped forks and triple clamps. I'm considering just having a new fork stem tube welded on my frame and then use them.
