Hi I'm just wondering if anyone can help me out with any information on what controller and voltage I will need to get this KS UNICYCLE WHEEL wired up if I was to use it on any future building projects... thanks in advance...

We've talked about using those unicycle wheels on gokarts before. I and some others said it was the wrong idea. Putting one on a minibike however, that might actually be a viable project.
