Mini Bike Frame ID (help please!)

While "on the job" today I noticed this sitting just as it is in the pictures.... the ID tag has been rubbed/scraped off for some reason (second pic)

Now, I don't know enough about these to even muster a guess as to what kind it is but based on the warning label (not pictured), patina and brake caliper I'd place it somewhere in the 90's.

I don't know how much they're asking for it yet but I thought if it turned out to be something worthwhile and cheap that I'd buy and store it until I can find a good home for it. Better than it going to the scrapheap right!?

I'm sure someone here will have an idea of what it is, a couple bits on it seem a little unique compared to other mini bikes I've seen. Thanks in advance!

Cool thanks! I was thinking that also but wasn't sure... I never got a call back about it unfortunately, hopefully it didn't get scrapped!

Next time don't let it pass up if its cheap. You can always sell it as long as you save it!

That was the plan, problem is her hubby wasn't home (I was working at their house) and he never called me about it . If I'm ever there on a service call I'll enquire again!
