Its me again.
I figured i would take the advice and use the crew cold rolled steel tubing for my frame. i just need to go out and buy a welder now. i just wanted to ask what the best type of welder would be for it. if possible even a link to a nice one. keep in mind i am trying to save money. so the cheaper the better. thanks!

A welder is one of those tools that you kinda need to spend a bit on to get any decent results from. they have a sh!te load of welders coming out of china and other places, the problem is they are underrated for the nameplate listings. most of the time they just produce bad results overall.
So if you buy one, be cautious. There might be no return policy and that just ruins the whole deal.

One last thing... the most important.... You get what you pay for....

^Yep.

Don't cheap out on welders, bearings, brakes, etc.. That being said, there are some reasonably priced, well performing welders out there. Just read reviews and threads on here to base your decision.

You can buy a cheapie now, but if you stick with it, you'll want to upgrade later. I say just buy a good one once, and be done with it.

Good luck, and have fun :)

i have a 90 amp flux wire welder from harbor freight. its been good for what ive used it for. i would like one a little bigger, possibly with the actual MIG function for nicer welds.
