Hello all, looking for input and suggestions on off road kart fabrication, im all ears. The frame is tacked together and thats about it.
Ive watched many YouTube vids so im familiar with about 90% of what I need to do, also i guess i should mention that Im a retired aerospace welder with many years of fabrication experience.
The motor for the kart is a Hyosung TE 450 has reverse, I have two of these motors and was thinking of how i could use the two in the kart but that would be a lot of work and $ for something that might not work ( input in this area would be great).
At this point ive been thinking alot about the rear drive setup, I know the CV joint type would be best, the swing arm type would be easy to make, but what has caught my attention is the live axle used on the mini trophy trucks.
There doesn't seam to be much info or pics out there so this type of a setup is a mystery to me.
