I'll be watching this thread! Do you have any pictures? What kind of repairs are you looking at? Are you going to restore the bike, use it as a beater, or do something funky with it?

Ive tried this pic thing. I suck with computers and I can't pull it off. If you pm me an email address I'll send you a couple. Im just going to get the stock airbox stuff complete and see if it runs. I've got a big purchase in the works in aprilish so not much restoration. After that I'll be making it very nice.

It's the offroad model. I believe the xr was offroad and the xl was the on road model. They sell a dual sport(enduro) kit for the xr though. I've got to research. If it's not a big hairy deal I'll get a title for it and make it street legal. I'm not much into riding bikes on the street but it would be nice to just ride right to my riding area's. If I lived in a less populated area(or people had brains) I'd love to daily ride something like this.
Although if it was a daily rider id find something with electric start.
And Fabroman. Yes I've read that. I'm not the best with computers. I can't seem to pull it off. I told the lady I'd like her to post some pics when we get a chance. Hard to get us at home together with a free minute. I'll give another go at those instructions when I get a chance. Thanks
