Axle's are easy though.

Could you post a pic of that gokart frame? I have a frame I'm trying to figure out if it's a go-fur or grasshopper. Anyway go with a 1" hardened fully keyed solid round axel.

How about a picture so we know what kind of grasshopper we’re talking about. Because the MANCO GRASSHOPPER I did for my niece and nephews a few years ago is a quite a bit smaller than a regular kart.
