True Chicago style dogs are Vieanna beef hotdogs with grilled or raw onion and yellow mustard. That's how they were served on Maxwell street many years ago. Same with the Polish sausage.

HotDogs: ball park Frank's are good, been eating farmer johns lately. Picked up some polish the other day. Really good with sour kraut!

Been taking crescents and wrapping hotdogs with cheese for years now. Quick dinner.

P.s. Don't! Like really, don't eat Burger King hotdogs! Nasty!

I honestly can't eat hotdogs with mustard, so I use ketchup. I like mine either boiled (New York style?) or grilled...charcoal or gas, doesn't matter. Brats are good too.

I have yet to try this place.
It looks like fun and a "Chocolate Shake" costs $20 and may not be what you expect.
