Hello all

Found a Honda 2Hp Horz Shaft Engine locally on CL. Says good shape, like new, includes pully for $50.

Just wondering if that is a good deal. Thought it might be a good one for a scooter.

Going to look at it tomorrow.

For 99 you can get a 6.5 clone...its a decent deal but i've seen better, i got a 8hp wisconsin that has no spark, and a running 3.5 briggs free, both horizontal shaft.

well it a guenine honda so 50 isnt that bad... when you are going to see it discretely stuff some grass in the muffler then go " i'll give you 25 since he's not starting" lol jk but it happened to me once, a guy was selling a small 25cc engine that i wanted and it was not starting " the guy said he started it in the morning" dealed it to 15$ took it home and found out the muffler was stuffed with dirt lol cleaned and it started like a new! / anecdote
