nice, i wish i could have that many projects, lol. what is the purpose of the free wheel? just saving $$ because you already have it? it may wear early due to the fact it wasn't made to be used on an engine, also make sure the chain you use fits the bike sprocket and other sprockets being used.

yeah the rear tire is solid rubber, the front wheel is flat.

and ya i just found the free wheel shouldnt break it because its just a little 33cc chinese motor.

i need half by 1/8 inch chain for the clutch to the free wheel, like the stuff i use on my pit bike, then i need to buy #25 chain from the old drive sprocket to the rear sprocket.

at welding class yeaterday my teacher let me bring home a bunch of scrap metal so right now i just gotta grind them up and fit everything together then weld it this weekend.

could possibly be done in 2-3 weeks. pretty quick project aye.:auto::auto:

oh one more thing the front tire is HORRIBLY unbalanced so hopefully it will correct itself when i inflate it.

@macfarlaneracers i saw your post, sort of ironic your doing it at the same time, lol i saw you posted like 3 hours before me.

@kieranm what do you mean?

@robbie i may be able to save my old chain. i got 2 screwed up chains but like no cash. you see the contraption i made before used them and the chain fell off and got jammed in the back wheel bending and twisting it.

Just let me know. I'm not going to try to squeeze a ton of cash out of you. I just happen to have the stuff sitting around here and I know it's not worth anything on ebay, so you can have it for postage.

i know what you mean selling stuff like that on ebay. no one buys it unless its a ridiculously low price, such as free.

lol, i'm actually making a similar project! lol, except mine is going on a bike with like 14" tires and the engine needs a tear-down.

the pics i took of it really make it look alot better but its really not worth the effort/ cost for "vintage" snow mobile parts.
