He's not very good at it; wobbles the saw all over and of course speeds up his painfully awkward work.

And why not use a workbench? Apartment living, yeah, but even a Black & Decker Workmate would be better and put those clamps to good use.

I couldn't watch it all--the soundtrack and overall 'I'm too cool for you' vibe was off-putting.

Annoying guy and annoying video. But he was determined, and showed sometimes if all you have is a Hack saw you can still get stuff done.
Still a Cool DIY design and handy tool.
I have a 30" HF brake very handy to have.

I'm beginning to dislike people who are always so darn positive.
I believe you could find the upside to a train wreck.:p

as someone who has power tools, specifically, metal fabricating power tools, it drives me crazy to watch him do things by hand

yes, there is something to be said for the fact anyone can, and he has the drive to but still, it's soooo annoying for me watching

Well... were there any survivors?

I find a very big upside. That track won't have any trains on it that I'll have to dodge for a few days.:wai::thumbsup: I'll leave now ...I can find the door myself.

He also has the blade backwards in the hacksaw, cutting on the back stroke. Moron!

The Japanese believe that you should pull the work to you and become one with it.. not repel it away.

7LOL. I worked with a newhire for 10 mins. before he got fired. He put the blade in backwards in a coping saw. Boss said bye bye!

I'll have to admit, I once installed a dado blade backwards in a table saw!!! Talk about NASTY!

I could put a positive spin on the train wreck ( ie: what passengers were on it)...but it would just have been deleted, and gotten me banned!
