So long story short, I took an old eton dxl 90 and gutted it down to bare frame, slapped a 212 ghost in it and stretched the back end out 4-6inches, skinny 13 inch tires in the front and “18” inch golf cart tires in the back that really measure 16.5”. I’m really only riding on blacktop as I live in town. I have to use a jack shaft to cross the drive line over to the opposite side due to the original gear box that was on the motor. I had a 30 series TC but I’ve never played around with that many variables before and smoked my belt lol so now I have a 10t clutch to 48t js in to 15t js out to 28t axle. I’d like to only change JS gears but if i absolutely have to change the back sprocket I will.( 15t and 25t were factory)
p.s. I forgot to mention I want more top speed but still have decent acceleration. Any suggestions/ advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance
