Help with wirng ignition switch

It may also be a heater, to assist in cold starts. My Yamaha XV250 has one. Can you post a pic?

got the switch working had to swap the solid green wire and the yellow red wire yay!!!

Sounds like the "Starting Enricher", aka choke (although not a proper choke as it doesn't restrict the airflow - it opens up an internal passage to allow more fuel in order to achieve the richer mixture needed for cold starting) Here's a pic of a GY6 carb, it's the black plastic dookickey on the left side of the carb.
