Hello,
I have found this forum searching all over the net for some useful information. I have a problem with my power wheelchair - hope that can get some help regarding to it.
The problem is that the power module died on my old (but still good) STORM power wheelchair. It use Invacare made DX type joystick, power and light module. For two months I havent found anyone who could service the damaged module, still I have no resources to send the part in other land to specialised service. Ah, I live in Serbia...
The main idea is to use one old joystick made by Meyra (with analog potentiometer based joystick). From Meyra I have received the schematic and wireing plan for the controller (CHEERS!) but I just cant find somekindof H bridge to controll the motors and wheels. Electronicals from my city ask amount that would be enough to buy another power module. As I have limited resources I think that the part can be done by myself. If anyone have some information and/or schematic I would be the most happy person.
Thank You all beforehand for help,
regards
Shad

Hi Shad, welcome to the forum. I wont be able to help you much with the electrics, but there are some guys on here that would probably be able to help you out. Just hang on and they will give you a hand.

Maybe you should post a picture or two....that might help

Perhaps, but-

1)We do get some pretty strange stuff on here occasionally, certainly odder than this, and-
2)You can't fault a fella for trying. You never know where you'll ultimately find a good answer.

off topic, but why dont you install like a clone and fly down the streets in your totally custom wheelchair? you could race all the kids in the neighborhood around the block
