sticker says CLARK Mfg. Co. Conyers, GA
Hopefully someone can point me to a site or something that has pictures of a completed version. Any info would be nice.

Well that's a Clark 320 Landflier that's been modified by some PO

Nerfbars and high backrest are not original

should look something like that:

here's the legible sticker of that kart:

and it's floor decal

(see why I think your's a 320?)

came with a briggs 3hp flathead originally btw.

Thank you much for this information. I'm wondering where or how to learn as much as possible about what I have and what I need to do to restore or bring this kart to life. Was this kart ever considered a "race kart"?

No, that is not a race kart!

it's a kids yard kart; as I said it came with a 3horse briggs and as a one wheel peel with scrub brakes
it's never been intended to be beaten around a race track of course
just to enjoy some backyard fun.

I'd remove the nerf bars and 'head rest' before painting
then add wheels - some 5" Azusa Tristars with 4.10 rubber (likely knobbies tbh) -
brake - I'd go for a simple 4" band brake with this I think -
and engine - I'd pick a 5hp Briggs flathead -

Nobody familiar with the 667?

Horribly late here, but what did you want to know aside from what is plainly obvious about it? It's a Clark 667 two passenger fun kart. I will volunteer that it probably had a 4 or 5 HP engine on it originally. Most people come here asking about a kart that is truly unidentifiable or has no manufacturer name or model number on it anymore.

You didn't get any answers because you hijacked a thread that was by, for and about someone else's kart. Most readers go "oh I already read that thread and am not interested in any further replies" or something similar. Your post effectively gets lost when you hijack and it's mere luck that someone like me sees it, years later.

(Sorry to double-jack this thread, but I can tell you that the Landflier 667 was one of, if not THE coolest go karts ever made! I had one when I was 15, it was my first/only "real" go kart! Hated that I had to sell it. It came to me without the plate for the jackshaft, I didn't find out about Torq-A-Verters and what not until a few years after I'd owned it, but my dad's coworker was able to fab me up a plate, but I ultimately ditched it and stuck with the clutch/chain setup. Thanks for posting those pics, brings back memories!)

(Oh, it looked like "Kartco" either purchased the rights to these karts or made clones of them, as the "Model 669").
