IP checking for geolocation is pointless nowadays I'm afraid..
Too many services run some sort of cloudflare crap in the backyard to spread loads.
And this is a cloudflare IP.. it might be a Proxy to mask the origin,
but I bet many of those with a cloudflare IP do not even know their IP got masked.

Since this gentleman from Zimbabwe living in Peru hasn't shown up since,
we'd call this thread pointless for now and close it.
