Hi, I'm new here. I have an old streaker s-465 "the rebel" go kart I pulled out of my grandparents old storage trailer, rebuilt the old 5hp Briggs and did a couple modifications like a minibike carburetor and straight pipe exhaust. Unfortunately it's been down for awhile but I'm planning on reviving it soon. If anyone knows where I can find a new decal for it too please let me know.

Welcome. I got the exact same kart. To my knowledge nobody reproduces the sticker, you could probably have one custom made.

This is the "politically incorrect" sticker in question?

Yessir, that is it. I too have the same kart.

It was a nice addition to the go-karts at the time but it was way too large to escape wear and tear and still survive. The lower 1/3 of the decal on my Streaker was worn to white from foot/heel abrasion and wear.

Would be interesting to modify the original design so your heels don't rest on it. Make the decal more rectangular than square; use the rectangular form of the Confederate flag {the elongated version of the Battle Flag of the Army of Tennessee similar to The Second Confederate Navy Jack}, move the Rebel up to the middle of the X and shrink him a little perhaps... whatever to make it all fit.

Anyway, the original decal can be scanned/photographed and re-created by any decent graphic designer.

Yep. I think it's pretty cool and mine is in rough condition.

Some of us have also talked about reproducing the bumper sticker size Ken-Bar "High Performance - Pace Setter" sticker that had the serial number and model number on it, like this:

D2167EE2-5D15-4641-8602-F8CB14F50C25_1_201_a.jpeg

That "D 810" is actually a sticker on a sticker. The bumper sticker sized one would be cheaper to make as is the "Streaker" that was often placed diagonally where the Rebel sticker is. Then there's the yellow warning sticker and another small oval sticker seen in ezcome-ezgo's photo.

It's probably not worth it unless you were going for a full resto and trying to sell it off for big bucks.
