My name is Paul =]
I came here because i am obviously very interested in building a go-kart! I was surfing the web one day when i came across this website and thought hell a go kart might be fun. I live in a private community where u can legally drive atv 's, dirtbike's, and go karts on the roads (all 35 miles of them). I have always been interested in building things, particularly things with engines or motors. I have been fixing up an old zero turn i got for free, and i decided i needed something faster :D

heads up i will ask ALOT of simple(for you) questions, so be patient with me :]

well, the engine i have has a starter/generator (30amp i think) on it, so I'd prob just go with a standard lawn and garden battery. its a lot lighter, which is needed as its a cast iron engine lol

a standard car battery will run a radio for quite a long time. unless you plan on cranking up the volume and having a woofer and everything lol.

but however you do that, you gotta post a video!
