Not really a go kart but has a predator 212 and a lot of hand built parts. Just got the first test rides in over the last two weeks and have been fixing a few things. Modeled it off a sportsman flyer and used a worksman drop loop frame. Engine is built with arc billet rod, flywheel, flat top piston, heads been ported, decked .045, NR 1.3 ratio rockers, cromo pushrods, 308 cam, billet flywheel, nibbi 24mm carb, arc billet side cover, and billet valve cover.

Welcome to the forum. That is nice. You've obviously rotated the engine about
45 degrees to give it a motorcycle engine look, and it really looks the part. Also nice work on the exhaust pipe. I'm curious, with the crankcase on an angle like that, how do you determine the oil level or the amount necessary. Have you had any problems with that.

Yeah the engine is rotated. Foe the amount of oil it really just came down to stumbling across one of Pat Dolans posts and he uses 22 Oz. According to him they have never had issues with lack of lubrication. So far it works well and the only issue I have seen is if at high RPM I get oil out the breather tube.

Funny thing with the exhaust is personally I don't like it, too close to your leg while riding and you get burns. I have new bends ordered and will be reworking it.

Thanks for the comment!

Did you take pictures during the build? If so could you do a build thread on it in the mini-bike section? It would be super cool!
