Hello, I'm a first time Kart buyer need some help

Hello,

I have a yerf dog model 3203. I bought this one used and I can't get the wheels off the axle. I've got the lug nut removed, sprayed some penetrating oil due to signs of rust. Is this rim threaded on? I'll post pictures tomorrow during the day. Any help would be appreciated

Sledge hammer! Pound on it for an hour
Cut it off and start over?
Pictures would be nice. i don't think i've seen threaded on wheels yet. Should come off if bolt is off. maybe lock collars still on?

Maybe pound out the axle key first with a nail or something. then more penetrating oil.

It may take a couple days of soaking. Or back to my first thought cut it off and start over.

Ok so I put a piece of wood and beat it with a 8lbs sledgehammer with no movement. I also sprayed a bunch of penetrating oil all over the place.
