The name is Chad. (UN was already taken so I'm using my nickname) I reside in central IL. My son and I are learning about go karts after dismantling a yard tractor and watching his gears turn. He's a rather mechanically inclined 8 year old with a passion to build. So here we are. The yard tractor (nicknamed the turf bruiser) is the first project and likely not the last. I (we) look forward to learning a bunch here, so if you will excuse me I'm going to go beat your search function to death
