I built a go kart for my nephew and had a lot of fun, now I am working on the next one. Im fairly good using tools, but I have very little experience with finding the right parts and I want to pick up welding to be able to repair and customize frames. I am working on a live axle kart currently that I am hunting parts for. My best friend and I will work on a kart for his son that I picked up also. I'd like to connect with people in this community who enjoy this as a hobby and who might be more advanced.

yes you are at the right forum. i am actually confused about your first completion of kart. how did you make joints without knowing welding. as far as welding is concerned, you can find every part here.
