First post and first kart! It's going to be a project for me and my pops. Planning on building this thing for drifting, fun. Any advice would be appreciated. It came with a tecumseh 6.0 powersport. It's missing a few things and would like to get pointed in the right direction for my plans, IE chains,sprocket, yada yada. Firstly can someone roughly guess the type of kart I have. Thanks so much in advance, as I'll have a lot of questions.

Welcome JeffStuart92!! I don't know the make/model of you kart, but it looks like a great starting point. My advise is as follows:
1. Bye bye Teckasheema. Hello Predator.
2. For the most part, kart parts are kart parts. The exception you have is your rear axle bearings, set in the ends of a tube. BUT... it is entirely possible that they too are easily sourced by their size. <assumes they may need to be replaced.
3. Put air in the tires
4. Have fun, don't die.
