I'm sorry, I can't help you with that.
race kart chassis have very few distinct features..
and even karts I care about are very hard if not impossible to identify
without a proper reference image.
And kart pics on the web are ALL CRAP, most do not even show any of the chassis
but hide it behind some generic plastic fairings and sidepods.
Very little details are visible..
same with coyote btw..
the single pic of an oval rocket I found was thumbnail sized and in an angle that made it hard to tell it apart from your kart (hence my comment above)
And not knowing about oval kart mfgs
(really I don't care much about a kart that's only really good in running in CCW circles)
the few I remembered I checked w/o any success

And while I'm quite certain it's no phantom chassis..
it's still the same locations for most mfgs I can think of.
I'm sorry..
All I could tell you is to search for
google images for "oval kart chassis" or "offset kart chassis"
and compare the results to your kart..
