Hello everyone. My name is Chad I have always had a interest in any thing old with a engine. A few years ago I bought a old building in Nevada iowa. And turned it in to a house and a shop.Because that's what I really do. I am a contractor by trade. As I was working on my building, I had several story's told to me about the property. It had been many things. But the thing that it manly was beside a pony barn was Gutknecht Enterprise. The home of the Gopher go kart. So what a good excuse to get into vintage go karting. I am on the look for Gopher karts or anything to do with them.
I have just purchased my frist Gopher kart. Frame only and it's a rough. I am hopping to get some good advice and info to help get a nice Gopher kart restored to have back to it's original home. Thanks chad
