Going to mount a tank

I'm going to be mounting this to the Baja after a bit. I'm going to take my time with the paint job, and maybe give it a week between coats.
I'm counting on this tractor paint to be pretty tough stuff.

Anyway, you can see the tabs on how this gets mounted.
I'm definitely not going to weld. I could drill and bolt it, but I'm a little leary of more holes in the frame.

Do they make some sort of big hairy hose clamp for this application, or do most folks drill and bolt?

Just a little over 2 gal. I'm going to use it as my main, and keep the .85 on the engine as a reserve.

I didn't think it was too bad for $80

Thats a nice deal for that price... Man I wish I could find a deal like that here......Even in US$...

Ive seen a few ideas out there...
Here's an idea...

This uses a welded tab for the pipe clamp to slide underneath, kinda how a typical exhaust pipe heat shield works... If its new just like this, then mounting a tab wont be hard at all.....

Yes they are called exhaust pipe clamps and come in many sizes. I usually put a piece of rubber in between the parts, old tire tube double thick or a chunk of bicycle tire.

I got the first round of sanding started using 150 grit, and did the coating on the inside of the tank.
I also made up a bracket and installed a series of petcocks.

This thing just fits. I'm going to lose a few degrees of turning radius, but I think I can live with it.
