Dennis Weaver was the star in this movie Duel. I believe this was one of Steven Spielberg's first movies DUAL. Manic truck driver you never see. Chases Weaver in the BIG BLACK TRUCK.

Even though I've never seen Duel, it's not at all possible. Duel was released in 1971- you do the math. Much newer rig, Honda Odyssey, First thing the actor says is a reference to Bruce Willis. Not to mention the colour and quality, and filmography.

EDIT-Clip is from some cheezy TV movie called "Rumplestiltskin", perhaps VERY loosely based on the children's classic story. Made in the mid-'90's.

This is obviously a spoof on Duel, which is a great movie by the way. I'm a huge fan of Duel. It was Stephen Spielberg's first feature film(I even have an April 1970 issue of Playboy where he first got the idea to make the movie!...just for the story, of course) He took a ragged 351 Peterbilt, an awesome stunt driver, an underpowered Plymouth Valiant and Dennis Weaver and made an awesome chase sequence that spanned the whole movie...in just 13 days!

But this movie looks just cheesy and awful enough to watch for grins!

.... You can see my enthusiasm for Duel spilled over a generation. LOL

I'll bet he has no problem driving it over the edge, HAHAHAHA!!!

I've always liked Duel as well. Speaking of movie firsts, have you seen the movie "A boy and his dog"? It's Don Johnson's first movie (1975), based on a Harlan Ellison book. Not something I'd show the kids though...
